A couple of days in Abu Dhabi before arriving back in Melbourne. Beautiful new hotels and shopping malls showcasing the newest fashions from all the big designers. The heat makes it perfect for relaxing on the beach and the air conditioning is so cold when you venture inside. Everything is on a grand scale – floral arrangements, shops, buildings and cuisine. After the timelessness of Milan, Abu Dhabi really is a modern wonder to behold.
Milan is a city of architecture. Historical buildings, monuments, modern-architectural buildings, and churches all offer a variety of styles that blend in an urban context. The beauty of Milan is subtle and leaves you free to discover the wonders of the city. After a full week, I am sad to be starting the journey back to Australia, but not before a couple of days in Abu Dhabi.

All the store displays are incredible. Stores are still using brighter colours for clothing and accessories, before they start to put their trans – seasonal products in store. In between all the work, there is always time for a gelato to be enjoyed while enjoying the beautiful weather.

Inspiration overload. There are amazing window displays and incredible fashions. I constantly have to visit my favourite stores and always discover new ones. It would be almost impossible to explore this wonderful city wearing anything other than a comfortable wedge.
